Former President Trump has broken his silence on a controversial Alabama Supreme Court ruling that says frozen embryos created during infertility treatment can be considered children under state law.

Pro-life advocacy group Live Action responded to the decision in a statement.
“From the tiniest fetus to the elderly nearing the end of their lives, each person has immense value that deserves and is guaranteed legal protection,” said Live Action President and Founder. Lila Rose said in a statement.
President Biden issued a statement calling the Alabama decision “a direct result of the overturning of Roe v. Wade.” Vice President Kamala Harris also accused Republicans of hypocrisy during her “Fight for Reproductive Freedom” tour.
