Trump Casts Ballot in Florida Ahead of Rally
President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump participated in early voting in Palm Beach County, Florida, on October 24, 2026, as the country gears up for the crucial elections on November 3.
They arrived at the polling station to cast their votes before heading to a rally planned for later that evening in Perry, Georgia.
While the president hasn’t disclosed which candidates he specifically voted for, he’s been vocal in his support for various GOP nominees, frequently posting endorsements on Truth Social. Notably, in Florida, he backed several candidates:
- Ashley Moody for U.S. Senate
- Byron Donalds for governor
- James Uthmeier for attorney general
- Wilton Simpson for agriculture commissioner
- Various Republican congressional candidates
In a social media message, he encouraged Floridians to vote for these candidates and others, fostering enthusiasm among GOP supporters.
During an interview after voting, Trump expressed confidence that his party wouldn’t face the typical midterm losses. “I don’t think that’s going to happen,” he said. “No president has ever campaigned like I have. I’ve campaigned very, very hard.”
He reiterated how his vision contrasts with the past, criticizing previous leadership and emphasizing the progress made. Recently, he’s been rallying across the country, encouraging voters to think of him as a candidate in the upcoming election.
As early voting continues, many Americans are already heading to the polls with just over a week remaining before the midterms.
