Trump Warns of Resurgence of Communism

President Donald Trump recently expressed concerns about a resurgent battle against communism in America, addressing a gathering of evangelicals and suggesting that leftist ideologies might lead to societal collapse.

During his speech at the Faith and Freedom Coalition’s policy conference, Trump claimed that communism has historically forced individuals into dire living conditions, lacking food and military strength.

“It’s very easy to sell communism,” Trump explained. “But you’re going to have a poor life. No food, no housing, no military, no law and order. There’s going to be nothing. It’s going to be the Third World in every sense of the word, and everyone is going to suffer or die.”

This warning comes on the heels of several candidates backed by Mamdani winning during the recent primaries, which has heightened fears of a potential communist shift in the political landscape.

Trump pointed to his own electoral success, asserting that the political and social dynamics in the U.S. would be quite different had he not won.

“But as we celebrate this anniversary, we must also remember that our country could have celebrated this occasion under very different circumstances,” he stated, echoing concerns over past governance.

“They have turned a country founded on religious freedom into a place where Catholics are targeted by the FBI, pro-life grandmothers are jailed for their prayers, and our service members are kicked out of the military because of their religious beliefs,” Trump said. “These guilty radicals would have wanted to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary by kicking God out of the public square once and for all. That’s what they wanted. I don’t see how you could vote for these people. They were…incompetent in many ways, especially regarding policy.”

Despite past challenges, Trump emphasized that the situation has changed and highlighted his administration’s commitment to restoring what he sees as the foundational principles set by America’s Founding Fathers.

“Religion is back in our country, bigger and stronger than ever,” President Trump concluded.
