Sen. Chiss Van Hollen (D-MD) said on Sunday in CNN’s “Union Nation” that President Donald Trump is a lawless president who ignores the Supreme Court in the case of Kilmer Abrego Garcia.
Van Hollen said, “What Donald Trump is trying to do here is to change the subject. He and his administration are protesting people to give Abrego Garcia the right to a due process. They are trying to file a lawsuit on social media about what to do in court. There is no evidence that Abrego Garcia has not been presented to court by the Trump administration.
He said, “Now we have an outlawed president. We have an outlaw. Let’s become clear. We have an outlaw who is ignoring the orders of the US Supreme Court to promote his return. That’s a risk for all of us.
