Trump Selects New Acts After 'No Talent' Singers Backed Out of Freedom 250 Party

President Donald Trump is bringing in some well-known artists to fill the spots of those who dropped out of the “Freedom 250” concert series, intended as a national celebration in Washington, D.C.

The rally is still set to take place at the National Mall.

Trump shared potential new performers on his Truth Social account, expressing that the event will highlight some of the best in entertainment for all attendees.

On June 24th at 7pm, we’ll honor our nation’s 250 years of history and host the largest gathering ever in beautiful Washington, D.C., which is now one of the safest cities globally!

This will be a significant event – the ultimate rally!

We won’t have any uninspiring performers; they’ve been told to stay home. All we want is you, me, a few speakers, and the greatest music you’ve known for years!

The amazing Lee Greenwood will perform the classic “GOD BLESS THE USA,” and Christopher Macchio will sing pieces like Nessun Dorma, Hallelujah, and God Bless America. It’s been ages since I’ve heard a voice this extraordinary—reminds me of the legendary Luciano Pavarotti!

But that’s not all.

Trump also mentioned that the U.S. Army Band, Military Chorus, Marine Corps Band, and Military Joint Chorus will perform many beloved songs.

“Also, the fine gentleman known as President Donald J. Trump” will address the attendees.

Freedom 250 was established in January following Trump’s executive order to manage events celebrating the United States’ semi-quincentennial, including the concert, Grand Prix, and more.

Last week, Trump revealed he’d secured several artists for the Great American State Fair but they quickly backed out.

Many artists, like Morris Day, Young MC, and Martina McBride, withdrew from Freedom 250, stating it was closely linked to the Trump administration and didn’t promote the broader good.

They mentioned feeling misled and voiced other concerns, according to reports.

The concert was supposed to kick off on June 25 as part of a significant event organized by Freedom 250 on the National Mall.
