Trump will reportedly sign executive order to eliminate the Department of Education

According to several news media reports, President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order to end the Department of Education.

Trump will sign the orders at White House ceremonies with several Republican governors and state education committee members. According to We quoted some of the top management personnel to USA Today.

The order “gives parents, states and communities the authority to control and improve the outcomes of all students.”

The president is expected to order Secretary of Education Linda McMahon to take all necessary steps to promote the closure of the Ministry of Education.

Critics could challenge the order on the basis that it would require Congressional approval to close the department and bring the matter to court. Other actions of the president have been shut down by various judges, and the appeal could lead to the U.S. Supreme Court.

White House Principal Harrison Fields, assistant director of the department, told USA Today the order “empowers parents, states and communities to manage and improve outcomes for all students.”

He cited the recent results of the national assessment of the Education Progress Examination, which demonstrated the national education crisis.

“Our kids are late,” he added.

Also on Wednesday, Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Discussed It's time to close the department with the Washington Post operation.

“By abolishing the department and reinvigorating national control of education, states like Florida will be able to better serve the needs of students, parents and teachers,” he writes.

“Abolishing the U.S. Department of Education is a necessary step to unlock the nation, reaching their full potential and copying a successful Florida model,” he added. “President Trump will be able to demonstrate leadership by following the promises of the Republican campaign four years ago. The state will then be able to work, and the prospects for students' achievements will brighten up.”

Democrats are vehemently opposed to the proposal to remove the education sector. They argue that doing so will end important funding for resources for students across the country.

“Destroying the Ministry of Education has nothing to do with improving children's outcomes. It's all about taking resources away from public schools.” I said Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz (D).
