Trump Withdraws Support for Marjorie Taylor Greene

President Donald Trump has decided to withdraw his endorsement of Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump expressed his frustrations, stating, “I am withdrawing my support and Endorsement of ‘Congresswoman’ Marjorie Taylor Greene, of the Great State of Georgia.” He shared that while he has seen many successes during his presidency, he perceives Greene as someone who merely complains.

“Despite my creating Record Achievements for our country, including a total victory on the shutdown, low taxes, and ending DEI, all I see ‘Wacky’ Marjorie do is COMPLAIN!” Trump wrote.

He mentioned that tensions arose when he suggested to Greene that she shouldn’t run for higher office because of her low approval rating. Additionally, he noted that she felt hurt over his lack of communication.

“With 219 Congressmen, 53 U.S. Senators, and almost 200 countries to deal with, I can’t take a ranting Lunatic’s call every day,” he said in exasperation.

He added, “Wonderful, Conservative people are considering primarying Marjorie in her district. They’re fed up with her antics. If the right person runs, they will have my full support.”

Trump also brought up Greene’s recent appearance on ABC’s “The View,” which received mixed reactions on social media.

Greene responded swiftly to Trump’s remarks, claiming, “President Trump just attacked me and lied about me,” adding that she hasn’t been calling him.

“I have supported President Trump with too much of my precious time and money. But I serve my district and the American people, not Trump,” she stated on her X account. She emphasized her commitment to the “America First” agenda.

On Saturday, Trump reiterated his stance, labeling Greene a “lightweight” and criticizing her actions as a betrayal of the Republican Party.

“Lightweight Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Brown (Green grass turns Brown when it begins to ROT!), betrayed the entire Republican Party when she turned Left,” he remarked.
