An application reviewed reveals that Adams attended an elegant dinner in January 2022 alongside two staff members, during which he expressed his desire to travel to Turkey to connect with business leaders for potential fundraising.

According to the filings, Adams “welcomes foreign contribution offers and directed the promoters to work with his team to facilitate these contributions.”
