A father and daughter in Utah were killed over the weekend when a bulldozer collapsed on their pickup truck.

The Utah Highway Patrol announced in a news release that Richard David Hendrickson, CEO and president of outdoor furniture manufacturer Life Time Products, and his 16-year-old daughter, Sally, were killed in the crash in Ogden Canyon. release.

According to authorities, the fatal accident occurred at 12:49 p.m. on Saturday when a tow truck carrying a mini bulldozer encountered a sharp right curve while traveling on the highway.

The sharp curve reportedly caused the bulldozer to spin out of control, sliding off the tow truck and toward Hendrickson’s GMC pickup truck.

Hendrickson and Salley were pronounced dead at the scene, while two other adult passengers were evacuated with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
