Republican vice presidential nominee Senator J.D. Vance of Ohio has warned illegal immigrants in the US to “start packing their bags” as former President Donald Trump “returns to office.”
Vance at a rally in St. Cloud, Minnesota, on Saturday. Said He told the crowd he had a “very simple message” about illegal immigrants who are in the United States across the porous southern border.
“I have a message, a very simple message to the millions of illegal immigrants who should not be in this country,” Vance told the crowd, “If you’re here, start packing right now, because Donald J. Trump is going to be back as president.”

Vance’s comments were compared to those of Vice President Kamala Harris, who is running for president and has previously said that “illegal immigrants are not criminals.”
As Breitbart News previously reported, drug traffickers are also trying to enter the United States, with 170,723 illegal immigrants attempting to cross the southern border into the US in May.

In June 2023, Border Patrol agents operating along the southwest border with Mexico apprehended approximately 170,000 illegal immigrants in the previous month, down from more than 183,000 apprehensions in April 2023.
The roughly 170,000 illegal immigrants apprehended at the southern border in May 2023 was more than double the 71,141 illegal immigrant apprehensions in January 2021, when President Joe Biden took office.
