“Malaysia Airlines can confirm that flight MH199, en route from Hyderabad to Kuala Lumpur on 20 June 2024, returned to Hyderabad after experiencing an issue with one of its engines during climb after take-off,” a Malaysian Airlines spokesman said. Times of India.
“The aircraft landed safely at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at 3:21am local time and all passengers and crew disembarked safely. Affected passengers have been rerouted to other flights and will continue to travel. The aircraft is currently on the ground for further inspection. There were 138 passengers on board the Malaysian Airlines flight, according to the Times of India.
