Video taken inside Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, after Wednesday's shooting showed a sense of calm amid the chaos.
Alexandra Romero, a 15-year-old second-grader, was taking shelter in her classroom with her classmates when she saw the video of police entering the classroom and telling them to leave through the hallway.
“I want you to form a line down this hallway behind this deputy,” an officer can be heard saying. “Hurry, come on. We need to evacuate the whole school. Everybody, come now.”

“I remember my hands were shaking,” Romero said, “everyone was crying, everyone was looking for their brother, and I felt so sorry.”
Another video, taken by a girl on her way out of school, shows a body covered in a bloody sheet and a firearm on the floor.

Authorities identified the four slain victims as two teachers and two students.
Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director Chris Hosey identified the teachers as math teachers Richard Aspinwall and Christina Armey, and the students as Mason Schermerhorn and Christian Angulo, both 14 years old.
Nine other people were shot and taken to multiple hospitals.

On Wednesday, authorities identified Colt Gray, now 14, as the shooting suspect. Gray turned himself in to authorities and was taken into custody after the assault.
The FBI confirmed that Gray had been under surveillance as a possible threat since last year.

“At the time, there was no justification for making arrests or taking additional law enforcement action at the local, state or federal level,” the FBI said.
