Antonio Villaraigosa, a candidate for governor in California, has raised concerns about President Joe Biden’s mental state during his time in office. He suggests that former Vice President Kamala Harris and former Health Secretary Xavier Becerra may be involved in a cover-up regarding this issue.

Becerra is also vying for the governor’s seat, while discussions about Harris potentially entering the race loom large. Currently, California’s Governor Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, is in his second term and cannot run again due to state constitutional limits.

The state constitution quite clearly states that “the governor cannot serve more than two terms.” Villaraigosa expressed his worries about the situation, citing troubling news reports and excerpts from the book *Original Sin*. “At the highest level of government, it appears that those in power either conspired or lied to cover up Biden’s mental decline from the public,” he said.

A fellow Democrat senator agrees, asserting there is “no doubt” that Biden has experienced cognitive declines since taking office.

Villaraigosa pointed out that this cover-up involves two prominent politicians, both of whom have held the role of California Attorney General. “One is running for governor, and the other is thinking about it,” he noted.

He added, “Those who conspired in this matter should take responsibility and apologize to the American people.” Citing both Harris and Becerra, he underscored the seriousness of the alleged cover-up.

Interestingly, Biden’s last known prostate cancer screening was reportedly over a decade ago. Fox News Digital reached out to the offices of Kamala Harris and Joe and Jill Biden but received no comments by the time this article was published.

Biden’s advanced age is apparent, yet he has stated that during his presidency, he has overseen major healthcare initiatives, expanded coverage, negotiated drug prices, and tackled the challenges posed by a global pandemic. Earlier this month, when discussing his cognitive abilities on *The View*, he rejected any suggestions that he had suffered significant declines.
