Watch live: Harris outlines economic agenda at Pittsburgh rally

Vice President Harris is scheduled to hold a rally in Pittsburgh on Wednesday afternoon, two days after former President Trump held a rally at a nearby university.

During the campaign, Trump is expected to outline a plan to boost manufacturing in the United States that would build on other economic proposals he unveiled last month, including investing in entrepreneurship.

Pennsylvania is seen as one of the most important battleground states for either candidate, winning the most electoral votes of any battleground state, and polls have shown Harris and Trump receiving roughly the same number of votes in the Keystone State.

Harris' rally came ahead of the broadcast of her interview with MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle, also in Pittsburgh. It will be her second interview with a major network since becoming the Democratic presidential nominee. The interview will air at 7 p.m. EDT.

Her rally is scheduled to begin at 3:15 p.m. EDT.
