We're facing a homegrown Marxist rebellion — here's why the ICE protests are more concerning than those in Portland

Concerns Raised Over ICE Activities and Local Response

Jack Posobiec highlights that the tension surrounding ICE’s operations isn’t merely coincidental but part of a broader strategy to intimidate and disrupt law enforcement efforts. He suggests that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) may be complicit in these efforts.

“Situations like this are, well, really unfortunate, right? There’s chaos, there’s loss of life—which is just tragic. But imagine being an ICE officer while the entire city seems to be against you,” said Posobiec, speaking on Blaze TV.

He noted, “These groups have formed chats to monitor, harass, and interfere with your work. How can we be surprised when incidents like this occur?”

In discussing the situation, Posobiec implored viewers to consider the bigger picture. He argued that Governor Walz could have issued an executive order enabling state and local law enforcement to collaborate with ICE for safety, yet he chose to deploy the National Guard to provide support to protesters instead.

“Instead, Tim Walz sent the National Guard to feed cookies and donuts to the instigators at Whipple Center. It seems like he’s siding with those against ICE,” he alleged, comparing the tactics used against ICE to those of the Chinese Communist Party.

“With Governor Walz having visited China numerous times—30, to be exact—it raises questions about his operational tactics and training, doesn’t it?” he remarked.

Posobiec also characterized the protests as being remarkably well-organized, perhaps even more so than events seen in Portland or during the CHAZ protests. “It feels like we are facing a domestic Marxist insurgency,” he stated.

He reflected further, “What are the Marxists up to? They’re crafting martyrs and exploiting chaos, aiming to destabilize those in power. It’s a classic communist strategy.”
