The model was a reference to Harris' infamous imitation of former President Donald Trump's original campaign promise to eliminate the tip tax.
Notably, Harris was the deciding vote to pass the Inflation Beat Act in 2022, which provided $80 billion in additional funding to the IRS, allowing the agency to begin efforts to crack down on and tax tips reported by the hospitality industry.
Cuban did not respond to Curry's comments, but one of his followers offered a condescending response.
“Adrienne, one day you will grow and mature as a person and when that happens you will look back and realize how wrong you were,” X's account wrote. “Maybe it's time to start educating yourself now by finding credible journalists who do real research to back up your opinions.”
“I've been a Democrat my whole life,” Curry responded to User X.
“Why should I reward a party that has betrayed me, that has betrayed women, that has betrayed its voters all the time, by running candidates instead of elections,” she added. “Bernie and RFK Jr. [were] It has been taken over by a corrupt, bloated machine. Fuck it.”

Democratic-turned-independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. made a campaign stop on Friday to endorse Trump in battleground states at a rally for the 45th president in Glendale, Arizona, Breitbart News reported.
Speaking at a Trump rally on Friday, Kennedy denounced the Democratic primary as a “sham” that was “rigged” to thwart challenges to President Joe Biden and Harris.
He also slammed his former party for undemocratically selecting Harris as its candidate, saying the Democratic National Committee “fielded a candidate who was deeply unpopular with voters and who withdrew from 2020 without winning a single delegate.”
