Individuals solely on SSI will not receive their November payment because the 1st falls on a Saturday. Consequently, the Social Security Administration will process these payments on the preceding Friday, October 31st. This situation aligns with standard SSA policy: when payment dates coincide with weekends or federal holidays, payments are advanced to the previous business day.
