In one of the most-watched women’s college basketball games in history, the Iowa Hawkeyes defeated the LSU Tigers 94-87 to advance to the Final Four.
But Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese weren’t the only ones making headlines.
LSU made a point of leaving the court before the national anthem (as is their custom) while the Hawkeyes “stood hand in hand.”
“LSU coach Kim Mulkey said it was unintentional,” according to the report, adding, “It’s their routine to leave the court at certain times.”
But LSU’s heartbreaking loss is what Sara Gonzalez calls “karma.”
“That loss couldn’t have happened to a more deserving team,” she said.
Kim Mulkey certainly has her detractors, but she’s also known as “the antichrist of the left,” says Grant Stinchfield. “She dresses like a woman. She doesn’t want the girls on her team to date. She’s literally hated.” [liberals]”
“Actually, I believe [Mulkey] when she said she went before [the song]he says, but nevertheless, “especially in the political climate we live in, you should know when the national anthem is sung.”
“So I guess my question is, why does the scheduled time always coincide with the national anthem?” Sarah asks.
Grant may just have a theory that answers Sarah’s question.
“Is this a set job against her because she’s so despised?” he asked, noting that “there’s something fishy going on between Iowa State and LSU.”
“That’s interesting because in this day and age, conspiracy theories always end up being true,” says Sarah.
