California State Police defeated a woman Threat They were all caught up in body cam footage after she was reportedly destroying a US flag in a local park.
The 24-year-old Crystal Aguilar was apparently filmed in a video of him falling down the US flag at Heart Park in Bakersfield and trying to replace it with a Mexican flag. She is said to have threw a US flag in the mud.
“You can't say I'm disrespecting!” she says before repeating, “This is my land!” Three times in Spanish.
The Park Rangers arrived and confronted Aguilar. The interaction can be seen in body cam video footage released by the Kern County Sheriff's Office.
Aguilar claims in Spanish that she has done nothing wrong because she is in her land, and then tells the officers that they will die.
“You're not going to tell me what to do, this is a land in Mexico. [bleeped out]. The flag is not on the floor, so please look at it? “She tells the police.
“Is that? I can't say I'm underestimating!” she says before repeating, “This is my land!” Three times in Spanish.
“Come here,” the officer says.
“Okay, my people will kill you,” she replies.
“You'll regret it,” she adds. “Touch me, [bleeped out]when your child dies! ”
At this point, she tries to resist arrest.
“When your child dies! You hold my hand, and they already know!” she added.
Aguilar was arrested and booked on several charges, including peace officer, vandalism and resistance to arrest. She is also accused of cutting the chain of the flag pole at the entrance to the park.
