Jana Craig and Kenny Rodriguez Split After Love Island USA

Season 6 finalists of Love Island USA, Jana Craig and Kenny Rodriguez, have reportedly ended their relationship.

Nearly a year after finishing in third place on the popular Peacock TV show, reports emerged on July 27th indicating that Craig made the decision to break up.

The last public appearance of the couple was at David Dobrick’s birthday party just the evening before the news broke.

Although neither Craig nor Rodriguez has commented on the breakup directly, they have both removed mentions of each other from their Instagram bios. Interestingly, Craig also deleted a photo of Rodriguez from her profile. Meanwhile, other members of their group, such as Miguel Harrich and Coldel Beckham, remain as connections on Rodriguez’s account.

This unexpected split occurred shortly after the launch of Love Island: Beyond the Villa, a series that follows the lives of islanders after they leave the villa. It’s worth noting that post-show, Craig and Rodriguez had been living separately, particularly during the filming of this new spinoff.

Rodriguez previously mentioned to media that moving in together was a significant step for him. He expressed some hesitations about sharing that experience publicly. “Since leaving the villa, it’s been a big jump with someone,” he said, while also emphasizing his need for privacy, especially given Craig’s glamorous presence in public events.

Craig acknowledged Rodriguez’s introverted nature and his journey toward being more outgoing. She respected his need for space and even indicated that there was no longer a fixed timeline for their next steps together.

“We used to have a timeline, but I feel it’s much better to grow it on its own without putting any pressure on anything,” she said.
