Public Attention on Russiagate Revelations
Recently, there seems to be a shift in awareness among voters regarding the administration’s involvement in the Russiagate narrative. Figures like National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), and FBI Director Kash Patel have highlighted disturbing documents that many suspected were fabricated long before this confirmation came to light. It’s a bit unsettling, really—especially when you think about individuals like James Clapper, the former DNI director, who went along with this.
There’s a troubling narrative here. Hillary Clinton allegedly funded the creation of dubious intelligence that painted Trump as some sort of Russian agent. This appears to have been a tactic to divert attention from her own issues, notably that unsecured email server stuffed with classified materials.
Honestly, it felt like the whole situation was common knowledge—everyone had that gut feeling. Yet, prominent figures like Obama, Comey, Clapper, and Brennan still exploited these dubious documents for surveillance purposes—yes, surveillance—on Trump’s campaign. Once Trump secured the presidency, this same misinformation was weaponized, supported by a media landscape that knew it was false, to effectively stage a coup attempt against him. Even after it all fell apart, they used the fallout to erode his time in office.
In conclusion, it seems that Democrats, along with complicit media allies in their ‘deep state’ scenario, inflicted serious damage to our democracy—by breaking laws and misleading the public—targeting voters like you and me who supported Trump.
On a personal note, I find myself slightly apathetic towards these latest disclosures unless they result in actual legal consequences. Is this just media chatter, or could the Trump administration truly face accountability? Real accountability, I mean. I’m not wishing for an arrest of Obama purely for the sake of it; however, if sufficient evidence exists and a solid judge agrees, I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing him and others held responsible.
On a brighter note, it seems the corporate media’s attempt to downplay these troubling findings isn’t resonating. The public is indeed alert and calling for action. According to a recent Rasmussen report, 1,172 voters showed significant interest—32% were “very” engaged and another 33% “somewhat” engaged, even amidst a media blackout surrounding national security issues from the Obama era. This indicates a shift towards consuming alternative news sources.
Interestingly, a good portion of this audience includes 52% of Black voters, 75% of Hispanics, and 56% of Democrats.
When asked how likely it is that officials from the Obama administration committed serious crimes regarding intelligence manipulation, 54% of respondents said they felt it was likely, including 37% who were “very” certain. Only 41% disagreed.
This belief in potential wrongdoing is also echoed among 51% of Black voters, 66% of Hispanics, and 32% of Democrats.
Moreover, when respondents were asked about the importance of holding those who committed such crimes accountable for the future of our country, 69% said they agreed—it’s crucial. This includes 65% of Black voters, 74% of Hispanics, and 59% of Democrats.
The media’s reaction appears to be a mix of attempts to undermine the significance of these allegations, even turning them into jokes. It feels like a strategy to belittle the claims rather than engage with them seriously.
However, as these allegations continue to gain traction, it’s evident that the public is ready for accountability. Unfortunately, the media has painted Trump as the face of ongoing unrest while simultaneously ignoring the roots of these tensions. If anyone thinks powerful figures like Obama could face consequences without backlash, they might not fully grasp the landscape.
After the failure of the Russiagate narrative, it seems that some Democrats and their media allies resorted to other extreme measures against Trump, including attempts to ruin his reputation and life. Despite this, I believe Trump maintains the resolve to pursue justice through legal channels, and hopefully, that path leads to serious consequences.
This whole saga should serve as a lesson that such events must never happen again.
