The inaugural 'Virtual Reali-Tea' Awards celebrates top reality stars.

A Starry Night at the First “Virtual Reality” Hour Drive Event

The event was quite the spectacle—an A-list reality star’s dream come true. This inaugural “Virtual Reality” hour drive event took place at City Winery in NYC, hosted by Danny Murphy and Evan Real, notable figures from the “VRT” podcast. The soirée, named The Trazling Soirée, was sponsored by Tri-State Cadillac and Malibu and kicked off on a striking pink carpet this past Wednesday.

The conversation was juicy, to say the least. After the red carpet festivities wrapped up, Murphy and Real hit the stage, engaging the audience with plenty of laughter and reminiscing about favorite reality TV moments.

In the awards segment, “Rhom” stars Alexia Nepola and Mary Solpatton were present to accept the Golden Kettle Awards. Notably, “RHONJ” star Melissa Gorga received the title of “Mother,” while her husband, Joe Gorga, was honored as “the most valuable plus one.”

Candiace Dillard Bassett, an alumna of “RHOP,” also wowed the crowd with a stunning performance of her hits after winning the Magic Mike Award during the event. “Rhop” alumni indeed lit up the stage.

As for other awardees, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley was recognized for the most coveted closet, while Christine Cavallari from “Hills” was named comeback queen. Amaya Espinal from “Love Island USA” won an award, as did Alana Thompson from “Honey Boo Boo,” who took home accolades for her best clips.

Phaedra Parks from “RHOA,” Scheana Shay from “Pump Rules,” and Jessi Ngatikaura of “SLomW” also participated in the event, chatting it up with Murphy and Real before a crowd of enthusiastic fans.

Andy Cohen, Bravo’s honcho, was named the Hot-Tea of the Year, delivering a lighthearted video message from the “Watch What Happens Live” clubhouse to acknowledge his win. He jokingly mentioned that it was the first time he’d received anything other than a headache.

To cap off the evening, there was a VIP afterparty at David Rodritz’s Flyfish Club featuring DJ Kyle Cook, known from “Summer House.” Guests danced into the night, enjoying specialty Malibu cocktails in a celebratory atmosphere.
