The individual who opened fire from a rooftop in Dallas at a group of immigrants was named Joshua Yarn, according to a law enforcement source.
Authorities reported that “anti-ice” was inscribed using ammunition clips near the scene. Yarn, 29, suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the location.
“Currently, the FBI is treating this incident as a targeted act of violence,” stated Joe Rothlock, a special agent with the FBI in Dallas, during a press conference.
