Week 4 NFL Recap: Bengals vs. Broncos
The conclusion of Week 4 in the NFL brings us to a Monday night doubleheader, featuring a clash between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Denver Broncos.
The Bengals, holding a record of 2-1, are presumably still reeling from their previous week’s stunning loss—48-10 against the Minnesota Vikings. That game marked a new low for the franchise, with the Bengals trailing by as much as 48-3 at one point. Jake Browning will reprise his role as quarterback since Joe Burrow is sidelined with a turf toe injury that, unfortunately, requires surgery.
On the other hand, the Broncos also faced defeat last week, but theirs was a tighter matchup. They squandered a fourth-quarter lead and lost by a last-minute field goal, which must’ve been pretty frustrating for their fans.
