10-year-old girl from Texas claimed that bullies cut her hair, but it was revealed to be a hoax after her mother shared a heartfelt TikTok video.

A 10-year-old girl from Texas is feeling devastated after her mother alleged that bullies cut her hair while she was dozing off on the school bus. However, the school has stated that this incident did not occur.

Compass Rose Public Schools announced this week that they investigated the claims made by Taylor Castillo but found them to be unsubstantiated. The girl’s mother later retracted her bullying statements on TikTok, as reported by the Daily Mail.

In a statement on Facebook, the school confirmed: “After carefully reviewing hours of footage and speaking directly with students and staff, we can confirm that false information was shared.”

The school also noted, “The evidence clearly showed that there was no bullying or misconduct by others.”

This situation sparked significant anger, particularly after the mother, Andi Ray Castillo, detailed the supposed incident on TikTok, declaring it to be “beyond bullying” and labeling it as assault.

She expressed her frustration, saying, “Children are so cruel and mean. My baby is such a sweet girl. She’s so sweet and kind to everyone, so I don’t understand why people would treat my sweet daughter like this.”

Accompanying her post was a photo of her daughter showcasing her new haircut, along with a promise to address the issue at school the following day.

In a follow-up TikTok post, Andi Castillo maintained her stance, claiming her daughter had faced bullying for three years. “If her bullying situation was multiple kids, they wouldn’t consider it bullying,” she argued. “I think it’s just perceived as being bullied. There’s nothing they can do about kids being bullied.”

In another update, Andi mentioned that her daughter had apologized while lying in bed, but she refused to make her provide a public apology as suggested by the principal.
