Talulah Willis Stands Against Online Bullying

Talulah Willis, daughter of the renowned Bruce Willis, is speaking out against online bullying. In a heartfelt Instagram post, she shared her experiences with body shaming and how hurtful comments about her looks impacted her life.

In her emotional message, Talulah reflected on a past incident, expressing disbelief over how a cruel comment about her chin affected her. “Wow, so early on I’m feeling so full and emotional…the jaw that made you want to end it all is now the most precious gift,” she wrote, calling out celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton for his past remarks.

She opened up about her struggles regarding her appearance, particularly her chin, which was often targeted by bullies. Talulah confessed that for years the word “chin” would make her feel embarrassed. “I couldn’t even say the word jaw out loud. It was just like a dirty secret for everyone to see,” she admitted, highlighting the toll the bullying took on her self-esteem.

Talulah expressed anger towards those who instilled feelings of self-hatred in her, yet she also shared pride in how far she has come in overcoming that negativity. “I’m proud of the work I’ve done to uproot that hatred,” she said.

Interestingly, she’s not alone; Ireland Baldwin, daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger, chimed in, sharing that she too faced bullying from Hilton about her chin. “Hey chin!!!!” she commented in solidarity.

Sailor Brinkley-Cook, daughter of supermodel Christie Brinkley, also showed support, saying, “We all have a Perez story…You are as gorgeous as you are powerful.” Meanwhile, Hilton responded to Talulah in the comments, asking her to check her DMs.

Following her post, Talulah issued a follow-up, hoping that Hilton might reflect on his past behavior, suggesting that he explore the reasons behind his actions.
