Candace Owens oddly claims Erika Kirk is employing BLM strategies after the widow responds to the podcaster’s confusing conspiracy theories.

Podcaster Candace Owens responded critically after Erica Kirk’s widow spoke out about conspiracy theories surrounding her husband, Charlie Kirk’s death, and Turning Point USA. Owens claimed the widow was “missing the mark” and suggested she was employing emotional tactics similar to those used by Black Lives Matter (BLM).

Owens remarked on X, stating that it’s unreasonable to avoid criticism of a $150 million organization just because the CEO expresses grief.

Erica Kirk recently addressed these conspiracy theories publicly for the first time, which conservatives, including Owens, have been circulating about her husband’s death.

“This is the same emotional tactic BLM used when I called out their financial dealings after George Floyd’s death,” she argued.

After Charlie Kirk’s killing, Owens alleged that he had been “betrayed” and claimed the federal government was misleading the public regarding the investigation, even suggesting possible involvement by Israel.

Owens has been vocal in her criticism of Erica, who became CEO of Turning Point USA, the organization founded by Charlie.

She later chastised Erica for not addressing the rumors in her role as a mourning widow, implying that her responses were more aligned with her duties as a CEO.

“That was completely off the mark. I’m just hitting the mark here. But the good news is that she’s clear about her intentions with this large political organization,” Owens stated on her podcast following Kirk’s television appearance.
