Epstein’s Mock Contract Revelations

Jeffrey Epstein had a legal intern at his influential firm draft a mock contract containing promises for “full body massages” and “sexual games,” while also soliciting “beautiful women” from his circle of friends.

The trainee, whose identity has been redacted in the latest documents, started corresponding with Epstein in the summer of 2011 when he was 58 and she was just 21. This communication began after she did a quick Google search and discovered his past as a convicted pedophile.

In one email from August 2011, she remarked, “Well, your passion might be young girls, just like I’m interested in snowboarding. It’s not scary anyway.”

By October of that year, Epstein provided her with a version of a contract that seemed to be written by her. In it, she would be described as an “apprentice” tasked to deliver a range of “kinky benefits” for Epstein’s “entertainment.”

The proposed “favors” in this draft included activities like “swimming naked” with him, “slowly undressing,” “posing naked,” and offering a “full body massage.”

Epstein further suggested that she agree to be introduced to “new sexual play” that she hadn’t experienced before, which she seems to have accepted with a touch of humor.

A strange clause in the contract even mentioned taking her for “excursions and live meetings to the United Nations Building in New York,” where he would reportedly provide favors, suggesting a dubious intention to engage in sexual acts at such a notable location.

Epstein’s first request, however, was for her to “find a beautiful woman among her acquaintances” since he was interested in “discussing their appearance, age and ethnic origin” directly.

When he inquired if he had found a “new girlfriend,” she cheekily responded, “Oh, I don’t like sharing, I want to keep all of you for me ;).” She then mentioned two potential candidates—a Russian girl and an Austrian girl—both described as smart and blonde.

This reference was to a colleague at Clifford Chance, a prominent UK law firm, where she had interned in Paris. Although she stopped working there in 2012, ongoing communications with Epstein continued until at least 2019, including correspondence shortly before his federal sex trafficking arrest.

In one of her last messages, she expressed gratitude, saying, “Thank you for bringing so much joy, inspiration and compassion into my life.”

Her attorney has stated that she was indeed a victim of Epstein. Meanwhile, Clifford Chance asserted that they “never acted on Epstein’s behalf” and that the communications in question were unrelated to their business operations.
