Court Dress Code for Kanye West and Bianca Sensori

A judge has issued a warning to Kanye West and Bianca Sensori regarding their attire for an upcoming court appearance. Judge Brock T. Hammond emphasized that all attendees at the Los Angeles trial must adhere to a basic dress code or risk being denied entry.

The judge, clearly aiming to maintain order, stated that hats and sunglasses would be prohibited, noting he wants to avoid any “drama” in the courtroom.

West, typically seen with Sensori in revealing outfits, is facing a lawsuit from construction workers concerning his Malibu estate. Plaintiff Tony Saxon claims he was dismissed for raising safety concerns and alleges he was paid only once, despite an initial agreement for $20,000 per week for renovations.

Judge Hammond reiterated on Friday that all parties involved must follow the dress standards, which include avoiding revealing or flashy clothing.

“Anyone not in compliance will be turned away from the courtroom,” he stated. He didn’t specifically mention West or Sensori, though it’s worth noting that Sensori has recently made headlines for her bold fashion choices, including an “invisible dress” at the Grammys.

The couple is set to testify over the next 12 days, and it’s also possible that Sensori may take the stand to speak on behalf of West’s company.

Saxon alleges that he had directed West to remove all electrical fittings and windows from the mansion, valued at $57 million, while relying on a large generator for renovations. Saxon contends this posed a significant fire risk, claiming it was “extremely dangerous” to his safety. When he raised these concerns, West allegedly told him to “just leave.”

West purchased the oceanfront property, created by esteemed architect Tadao Ando, in 2021 and soon began extensive demolition work. He later sold the home to Steve Belmont in September 2024 for $21 million—a notable loss—although Belmont intends to restore it to its original state.
