Lamar Odom shares his thoughts on 'life and death' in a Netflix documentary.

Lamar Odom entered a not guilty plea on Tuesday regarding criminal charges that stem from an incident with police in Nevada back in January.

This plea was submitted by Odom’s lawyer, Kevin Coburn, during a court session in Las Vegas.

During the proceedings, Coburn also requested that a trial date be established, which is set for July 7.

Odom is facing three misdemeanor charges: one count of driving under the influence, one count of speeding—going 41 mph over the speed limit—and one count of failing to maintain his lane. The authorities reported that he was driving over 100 mph while intoxicated on a Las Vegas freeway on January 17.

According to the incident report, Odom was pulled over for drastically exceeding the 65 mph speed limit and officers noted a smell of marijuana during the traffic stop.

He was arrested after not passing a field sobriety test.

Coburn, as per reports, opted not to comment on the specifics of the charges but did mention that Odom had completed a rehabilitation program following his arrest.

As Odom awaits his upcoming trial, fans will soon be able to delve deeper into his life through a Netflix documentary. This film, titled “Untold: The Death and Life of Lamar Odom,” is set to premiere on March 31, aiming to share the full spectrum of his experiences, both in and out of basketball.
