Demetrius Doukouros, noted as a property owner in a serene coastal area, hadn’t been seen for a few days when a concerned individual sought a welfare check at his residence. Local residents had also started to notice a foul smell emanating from the house, heightening their concerns.
When the police arrived, they found a 39-year-old suspect inside the home who initially refused to exit, claiming to be armed.
