TPUSA Frontlines reporter violently assaulted by Antifa group shares the complete story with Sara Gonzales that mainstream media ignores

Incident at Anti-ICE Protest Involving TPUSA Reporter

On April 11, a Turning Point USA (TPUSA) Frontlines reporter, Savana Hernandez, was documenting an anti-ICE protest outside the Whipple Federal Building in Minnesota. During the event, she faced an unexpected and violent altercation as demonstrators chanted “We are Antifa.” Several individuals assaulted her, delivering punches, blowing a whistle in her face, and ultimately pushing her to the ground.

Hernandez later appeared on “Sara Gonzalez Unfiltered” on Blaze TV, detailing her experience and discussing potential accountability for her assailants.

In a clip aired during the show, when Sara asked Hernandez how she was feeling, she acknowledged the pain she was experiencing. “I really feel this was a brutal assault. I’m still unsure why this occurred since I was merely observing, not interviewing anyone,” she reflected.

Interestingly, even a non-confrontational approach in journalism seemed to trigger violence. Hernandez quickly garnered attention as a reporter for TPUSA, but this recognition came with risks. One of her assailants, William Scott Kelly, known as the “Dawak Farmer,” had a history of violence, having faced charges for an attack on a church in St. Paul.

Hernandez noted that Kelly incited a crowd against her. “This man incited a mob, and he even brandished a sex toy at me,” she recounted, expressing disbelief at the aggressive actions directed by individuals like Deyanna, Chris, and Paige Ostroshko.

Hernandez described how Deyanna initially approached her aggressively, after which Chris encouraged his daughter to “blow the whistle in her ear,” a directive she followed. “I want people to see that I was just standing there filming a protest, and that was the reaction I got,” Hernandez explained.

Rather than retaliate, Hernandez aimed to engage the group in conversation, posing questions like, “Why is this significant to you?” However, she felt the group twisted her intentions, portraying her as the aggressor. “They planned this attack and then attempted to rewrite the narrative,” she claimed.

The severity of the incident drew condemnation even from left-leaning commentators. Sara expressed her shock, calling for action against the individuals involved, noting, “Someone, please arrest these criminals.”

Recent developments indicate progress toward justice. Chris and Paige Ostroshko, along with Lorenzo Amadeo Garcia, Paige’s boyfriend, were arrested and are facing charges connected to the incident. Hernandez expressed concerns about the local prosecutor’s willingness to pursue these charges, given Minneapolis’s liberal leanings.

However, she was relieved that federal authorities, including the DHS and the Department of Justice, have become involved, expressing hopes for federal charges to be pursued.
