Little Tony’s Becomes a Hot Spot for “Obsession” Fans
A booth inside a quaint North Hollywood restaurant, Little Tony’s, has turned into a popular destination for fans of the film “Obsession.” People are flocking to the eatery to capture the moment from a key scene that has gone viral on social media.
The long-established diner has seen a surge of visitors eager to snap pictures in the same booth featured prominently in the film, marking a standout moment that many are buzzing about online.
“It was like an iconic shot from the movie, and it felt like there were explosions everywhere,” remarked Anna Abad from Norwalk.
Kenneth Nguyen, visiting from Arleta, also recognized the location right away. “It was that famous scene in the movie where the girl says, ‘No, no, no!'” he noted.
Little Tony’s staff shared that the recent attention has led to a noticeable increase in customers, many of whom have brought their cameras along. Some fans have even made a special trip just to recreate that viral scene.
“I thought it would be great to see it in person,” said Cooper Harris Jacobsen, expressing his excitement.
Monte Bradford from Cypress mentioned that visiting this booth has turned into a part of his dates. “It’s definitely going to be on my Instagram,” he added with a grin.
For some, the decision to visit was quite spontaneous. Joaquin Martinez from Northridge conveyed his impromptu visit: “I just came here and thought, ‘Yeah, why not?'”
So much interest has surrounded the booth that some guests are ordering food just to have a seat in it.
“Everyone looked at us and were like, ‘Wow, you hit the spot!'” said Nguyen, reflecting on the experience.
While “Obsession” is framed as a love story, it does contain some unsettling moments that fans have discussed. “This movie is about a crazy couple, so I thought it would be fun to watch as a couple,” Bradford mentioned.
Sitting in that famous booth has even evoked an eerie sensation for some visitors. “I felt like she was behind me,” explained Ale Zadrian from La Crescenta.
Released in theaters last month, “Obsession” blends supernatural elements with psychological thriller aspects, depicting the story of a socially awkward young man who disrupts a mystical “Wishing Willow” to win the affection of a longtime friend.
