MSNBC host Joy Reid's social media accounts proved why sexually explicit content is unacceptable at any time and in any environment.
On Friday, Mr. Reed spoke with Moms for Women over what Mr. Reed called “book bans,” referring to a movement of parents demanding that sexually explicit and erotic books be removed from school libraries. Discussed with Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice.
At one point during a frustrating interview, Reed repeatedly interrupted Justice and barely allowed him to answer or rebut his questions, but Reed also wrote about his controversial book, All Boys Aren't Blue. ” was brought up. Full of abusive and sexually explicit content. Mr. Reed claims that parents are taking the book's “out-of-context” passages to request its removal, and that such parents do not have sufficient “expertise” to make claims about the book. He claimed not to have done so.
“What expertise do you and other Mamas for Liberty supporters have to decide that an award-winning book like All Boys Are Not Blue is not appropriate for students to read? ” Reid asked.
“What a tragic story of a young man being anally raped by an adult family member. That means incest, rape and pedophilia,” the judge responded. “Under what circumstances is a strap-on dildo acceptable in a public school? That’s my question.
“Tell me what's the story behind strap-on dildos and the rape of underage children by teachers,” Reid interrupted, and she continued.
In an attempt to discredit Justice, the MSNBC host asked him to name the main character in “All Boys Aren't Blue,” and Justice answered the question correctly.
However, Reed never answered the judge's questions and expressed displeasure that the judge dared question her.
“What I'm telling you is, you're not an expert on this book,” Reed later said.
“You don't have to be an expert to know that dildos are not appropriate for public schools. I mean, come on, let's get serious,” Justice retorted.
The X account for Reid's show “The ReidOut” later posted an exchange about “All Boys Aren't Blue.”
Ironically, the phrase “strap-on dildo” was censored in this post, and instead it read “XXXXX-XX-XXXXX,” indicating that a group of people, organizations, and societies are making a concerted decision. The judge's argument that some words and content were inappropriate for any expression was proven. And every situation.
“If Joy Reed is comfortable with writing 'strap-on dildo' on X, why would she demand that it be provided to children in public schools?” Activist Christopher Rufo I got it..
