The bill also would not stop Biden’s “parole” immigration, which would send about 1 million immigrants into U.S. workplaces and communities in 2023. Before Biden, the parole process brought only about 15,000 immigrants a year.
The bill also discourages litigation by placing all judicial oversight of the immigration system in the progressive-majority D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. The bill also increases incentives and tools for foreign graduates to fill more white-collar jobs across the United States.
