Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen told CNN’s “Outfront” on Wednesday that his former boss will be convicted in the Stormy Daniels case.
Anchor Erin Burnett asked, “Is there any question that he will be convicted in this case, the hush money case, and the Stormy Daniels case?”
“Knowing the case, this is a very simple case and I agree with the judge’s opinion,” Cohen said. This is not a six week case either. My understanding is that there’s only one witness for Trump and maybe 10 for the prosecution, so it’s going to be a four-week case at most. This case could and should be decided within a month. ”
Mr Barnett asked: “Is there any question as to whether he will be convicted?”
Cohen said, “Well, based on the information that I have and the documentary evidence as well as the corroborating testimony from so many people, I believe he will be found guilty on all charges.” Ta.
He added: “A jury of Donald’s peers, not Alvin Bragg, will make the decision.” His office simply filed this lawsuit. They filed a lawsuit based on legitimate misconduct, illegal activity that Donald did. So it will be a trial no different than it would be for you or me or anyone else. ”
