A cross-dressing chemistry teacher in Texas has been placed on administrative leave after a video of her dressing up in an all-pink dress and cowboy hat ensemble for Valentine’s Day went viral.

“There’s no place for this nonsense in school,” one person commented on the viral X video. “Dress professionally to work and dress up and play in your own time.”

“It is natural for families to have questions about this situation,” Principal Amy Broughton said in a letter to parents. The Daily Mail reported.

A spokesperson for the school, which is part of the Lewisville Independent School District in North Texas, said: “The staff member has been placed on administrative leave while the district reviews the situation, which is standard procedure.” . he told the Dallas Observer.
