In Nevada, Mr. Trump has a 6 point lead in the Emerson College Poll/KLAS-TV/The Hill poll, with 46% of voters in the state supporting the former president and 40% supporting Mr. Biden. are doing. 14% were undecided.
Both Biden and Trump appear poised to win their respective parties’ presidential nominations, with polls suggesting close races in key battleground states.
With the addition of independent candidates, Mr. Trump’s lead over Mr. Biden in Arizona jumped from 3 points to 6 points, and in Nevada from 6 points to 10 points.
Adding independents to the Silver State race, 44% chose Trump, 34% chose Biden, and an additional 6% supported independent candidates Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Cornel West and Jill. Mr. Stein supported each by 1%. Additionally, he was 13% undecided.

Trump has long been the front-runner in the Republican race, but his only major challenger is Nikki Haley, who has vowed to remain in the race at least through next month’s Super Tuesday. Meanwhile, Biden appears poised to defeat strong Democratic challengers and secure support within his party.
However, both leading candidates face hurdles in their bid for a second presidential term. Biden is beset by age and mental health concerns, while Trump is running amid multiple ongoing legal battles.
Roughly six in 10 voters in both Nevada and Arizona said Biden’s age “raises serious doubts about voting for him” in 2024; Just over half of respondents said Trump’s criminal charges raise similar questions.
The poll was conducted among 1,000 registered voters in each state from February 16 to 19, and the confidence interval for the results corresponds to the poll’s margin of error, plus or minus 3 percentage points.
