The very idea that the Supreme Court would allow states to remove presidential candidates from their state ballots was pure hopium, fueled by a corporate media that knew better but didn’t care. These liars only care about one thing. It’s about cynically hooking up as many suckers, gulls, and dummies as possible.
Even the idea of it being a 6-3 decision was crazy. Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson may be far-left extremists, but they can look to the future and see where this mess is headed. If a judge, bureaucrat, or anyone else could remove a presidential candidate from a state’s ballot…where would that kind of madness end? Candidates from both parties will be excluded from the nation. They say democracy is dead.
Add to that the fact that former President Donald Trump has never been convicted of a crime that would justify such a drastic step.
