Noah Lyles is on a mission to make history in Paris this summer.
After winning three goal medals at last year’s World Championships, Lyles is often talked about as the face of track and field, and that’s no coincidence.
Lyles won gold medals in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay last year in Budapest, Hungary, but has many races left before reaching the finals.

In the 100-meter and 200-meter races, Lyles had to run each event three times, the previous two being for qualifying. Be safe, be safe, it’s a long day, even for elite runners.
That’s why Lyles constantly fills his body with fluids containing “next generation stuff.”
“I mix it in a lot of drinks, first my regular water, then my electrolytes to stay hydrated, and then my energy drink,” Lyles said in a recent interview with Fox News Digital.
“I have to make sure I have CELSIUS on me right before I go on a multi-day race.”

CELSIUS was launched in 2009, and in 2023, the brand’s revenue was $1.32 billion, doubling from the previous year. Within the past few years, they’ve added partners like Jake Paul. blake colum, Michael Penix and Bo Nix. Now Lyles joins a stacked roster.
“This is a brand that is slowly taking giant leaps forward as it continues to grow,” Lyles said.
A can typically contains 200 mg of caffeine, and Lyles has mastered the timing of his intake.
“I drink half a can before the first round and the second part before the final. This keeps my body energized,” he said.
But Lyles said he needed it most during the Indoor World Championships in Glasgow earlier this month.

“I had three rounds in one day. I thought, ‘Oh my god. I need something to get through this.'”
Lyles is expected to run in the same event where she won gold last year, but is likely to add the 4×400 to her list after running in Glasgow.
