There is also a hush money lawsuit filed by New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg. There is also a Georgia lawsuit regarding election interference. There is also a special counsel investigation into election interference. In Florida, confidential document cases have also been resolved. That’s 5 cases. What do you say to voters who say, “This looks like someone the government is going after, and it looks like he’s not being treated equally before the law.”
Ocasio-Cortez said: “Has there ever been a president, Republican or Democrat, who has been the subject of this level of criminal charges, indictments and investigations?” This isn’t about a party. This isn’t about politics. This is about corruption and crime. We’re talking about individuals who essentially ordered terrorist attacks on the U.S. capital in order to stay in power. It’s not about being a Republican. It’s not about being a Democrat. It’s about being an unethical individual who is exposed to and prone to crime. Unfortunately, I think the fact that this is the situation that we’re in and it’s happening in so many places and in so many jurisdictions actually takes away from that. This is true not only in New York, but also in Georgia and in federal courts. ”
