After President Biden sparked outrage by declaring March 31, which also happens to be this year’s Easter Sunday, as “Transgender Visibility Day,” former President Donald Trump announced that he would be calling the shots for millions of Christians and Catholics. demanded an immediate apology.

Trump’s national press secretary, Caroline Leavitt, called it “appalling and insulting” that Biden “officially declared Easter Sunday ‘Transgender Visibility Day.'”

Levitt said the president’s announcement is an example of the Biden administration’s “long-standing assault on the Christian faith.”

“We stand by the failure of Joe Biden’s campaign and the White House by joining millions of Catholics and Christians across America who believe tomorrow is only for one celebration: the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. “I ask them to apologize,” she said.
