Sometimes people do things like garbage, but it’s rare for someone pretending to be a garbage bag to steal a package left at your front door.
That’s exactly what happened on March 29th outside Omar Gabriel Muñoz’s home in Sacramento County, California.
Footage from Muñoz’s door camera shows a person crouched under a garbage bag approaching the front door and swiping the package. The only visible part of the person’s body is the feet, which appear to be wearing white sandals.
The package contained two iPhone chargers worth about $10 from online retailer Temu, Muñoz told Fox News Digital.

“I was a little angry at first, but when I watched the video again, everyone was laughing, so [these] It’s a creative day,” Munoz said, adding that she had just moved to the Sacramento area from San Jose and had her belongings stolen before.
When asked if he had anything to say to the suspect, he replied, “That’s good.”

He said he did not report the theft to the police because he thought the police had “more important things to do” and simply ordered another iPhone charger from Tem.
Muñoz told media platform Storyful, which shared the video, that she received a notification that her package had been delivered, and when she got home from work, she couldn’t find it and was confused. At first, he thought the package might have been blown away by the wind, but after checking the footage from the front door camera, he discovered that was not the case.
