Diversity, equity, and inclusion — never in human endeavor have so few words caused so much harm to so many people. It’s almost as bad as “Here comes Brian Kilmeade,” but DEI has done it again.
Currently, the Seattle public school system is phasing out gifted cohort schools, designed for gifted students who can skip classes designed for other children their age. As you know, nerds. But just when you think Seattle can’t get any more stupid, they’re literally doing something to make it happen. Do you know why? Because yes, it’s racism.
You know, there are too many students of the wrong race in these programs. Last year, more than 50% of the upperclassmen were white, 16% were Asian, and 3.4% were Black. There were not enough Black, Latinx, Native American, Alaskan, and Pacific Islander students.

So maybe we can say goodbye to the NBA soon? what’s that? Oh, don’t you use such insane logic in sports? That’s a really strange borderline. People say, “Don’t do that with basketball, let’s do that with something less important. It’s like education.”
So school was canceled as if Don Lemon had hosted it. why? Well, the question isn’t how smart these kids are. That’s not what’s going on here. It’s about what’s here. It’s about what these kids look like when they’re in the classroom together.
It’s about shaming teachers and administrators just for being yourself. I don’t know, but that sounds pretty racist to me. So now, instead of putting the brightest kids in their own classes with their own teachers and curriculums, those kids are all lumped together and the teachers give them different lesson plans for different levels. You are expected to come up with something.
OK, kids, today’s vocabulary is mediocre. Does anyone here know what that means? Mediocrity is what happens when the people running our country force us all to lower our standards so that the elites can pat themselves on the back for their brutal beliefs. And that’s the problem. It is a continual destruction caused by extravagant beliefs. Extravagant beliefs are bad ideas that give status to the elites who hold them and cause suffering to everyone else who has to endure them.
We see it in climate change activism, in criminal justice, and here in education. Enlightened progressives already have a college degree, a house, and two electric cars, so they can save themselves from self-destruction, but may God help your children.
Stop punishing gifted students: Merit wars, honors programs are hurting Black children and others
In Seattle, smart kids read “Gutfeld’s Monologues,” while slower kids in the same classroom read Jesse Watters’ “Get It Together.” Children who are already reading Shakespeare are locked in the same room with children who are still eating boogers and paste.
