First appearance on Fox: The House Republican campaign arm said it had raised more than $33 million in the first three months of 2024.
This comes as Republican leaders prepare for a fight to maintain and even expand their razor-thin majority in the House this November.
Rep. Richard Hudson, RN.C., chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, said, “In a matter of seconds for the House majority, where every seat counts, Republicans are recruiting radical Democrats to send their message.” I continue to send and hustle.” (NRCC) and Fox News Digital in a statement.
“We are on track to increase the House Republican majority. This outstanding fundraising is proof that we have the resources we need to make extreme Democrats pay for America’s failure.” It is.”

NRCC raised $33.4 million in the first three months of 2024, according to an early press release obtained by Fox News Digital. Almost half of the total, $16.2 million, was raised in March alone.
This brings the NRCC’s total funding for the 2024 election cycle, which began in January 2023, to $124.7 million.
This total is significantly higher than the $25.8 million the NRCC raised in the first quarter of last year, but considering this is an election year, this is not a shocking data point.

Rep. Richard Hudson, chairman of the House Republican campaign committee, said the fight to retain the House majority is “a matter of inches.”
This comes as the House of Representatives has spent much of this Congress fighting for a slim majority. After Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-Wis.) leaves office on April 19, that gap is expected to shrink to just one.
This money must be used not only to win new seats, but also to protect incumbents in battleground states like New York and California.
Going, going, gone: Is it possible that the Republican slim House majority will slip by November?
But in a brief interview this week, House Republican Leader Steve Scalise (R-Louisiana), the No. 2 House Republican, said there were weak Democratic seats across the country where Republicans could expand their majority.
He cited Michigan, Pennsylvania, Alaska, Ohio and even California as places with seats that can flip from blue to red.

“Right now, there are about 20 or more seats held by Democrats, and it is very likely that Republican candidates will flip them,” he said.

“The biggest issue we hear about everywhere we go is border security. People are outraged that more than 8 million people have crossed the border illegally, and Joe Biden has done nothing to stop it. I wouldn’t,” Scalise said. “And everything is just more expensive – obviously energy is at the top of the list, but so is food – you know, people are complaining about how expensive things are because of the inflation that inflation has caused. We’re just talking about sharing the story of the spending in Washington, D.C., and all the policies coming out of Washington.”
