Trump’s real crime behind the witch hunt, and what makes him such a demonic figure in the liberal imagination, is that he lied to himself and others by paying homage to left-wing fiction. This is something he boldly and energetically refuses to do. Above all, he rejected the anti-white madness of the time, an act that required great courage, and for which he suffered greatly. Amazingly, he hasn’t given up yet. By refusing to surrender, Trump is raising hope that a better, healthier way of life is still possible.
