Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) attacked former President Donald Trump on Tuesday.
In an interview aired on CNN’s “News Central,” Utah’s Republican senator said of Trump’s character: “You don’t pay people not to have sex.”
“I think everyone has their own assessment of President Trump’s character,” Romney told CNN chief congressional correspondent Manu Raju on the steps of the Capitol. “And as far as I’m concerned, he doesn’t have sex. I wouldn’t pay someone $130,000 to do that.”
Host Brianna Keilar said, “Wow, that was Republican Sen. Mitt Romney. Today’s testimony brings to light multiple seduced allegations against the former president, including an alleged affair with a Playboy model. “What a terrible thing it was that he used such abusive language during Donald Trump’s hush money trial.” With a porn star and unsubstantiated accusations of fathering the child he loves. ”
Host Boris Sanchez said, “David Pecker, a longtime friend of the former president and former publisher of the National Enquirer, will return to the stand and discuss how the article will be published as part of a confidential agreement with President Trump.” He announced in detail that he was running for president for the first time.
