Travis and Jason Kelce made some interesting comments about the beliefs of some players in NFL locker rooms on the latest episode of their “New Heights” podcast earlier this week.
The Kels brothers brought Andrew Santino, one of the stars of “Dave” and co-host of the podcast “Bad Friends” with Bobby Lee, on the show. Before asking Santino a question, Travis Kelce brought up “how conspiracy theories help unite NFL locker rooms.”

The comedian then asked how many NFL players believe in a “flat Earth.” The Kansas City Chiefs star and retired Philadelphia Eagles great both jumped at the chance to answer.
“Hey, to be honest, in any locker room I imagine there would be at least 10, 10 to 15 people,” Travis said.
“You’ll be shocked,” Jason added. “If you took an anonymous poll where no one had to reveal their name or anything like that, you’re over 15% of an NFL locker room…maybe over 20 people. ”

Mr. Santino seemed surprised by the suggestion.
“Hey, anyone can get hit in the head,” Travis said. “can’t believe it.”

The bit took social media by storm, and the NFL even included a “script reading” for the start of the 2023 season. But with the Chiefs winning the Super Bowl for the second straight season in dramatic fashion, the NFL may need to hire a new writer. This time it was a match against the San Francisco 49ers.
