Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James lashed out at head coach Darvin Hamm during his team’s 119-108 victory in Game 4 to avoid a sweep against the Denver Nuggets. It looked like it was.
The Lakers led by 15 points early in the fourth quarter. The ball went to Nuggets guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. James flicked the ball away from him, but it went wide. James insisted the ball didn’t go beyond him.

He appeared to yell for Ham to object to the play, but no one was called. When the Nuggets inbounded the ball, James raged on the sideline.
Cool heads seemed to prevail and Los Angeles emerged victorious. James had 30 points, five rebounds and four assists for Los Angeles. Anthony Davis had 25 points and 23 rebounds.
“We gave ourselves another lifeline. It’s a one-game series for us. Monday’s game is the most important game of the season for us and we understand that,” James said. Ta.

Nuggets center Nikola Jokic had 33 points, 14 rebounds, and 14 assists. It was his 18th career triple-double and helped cut the lead to seven points with 1:25 remaining.
However, Austin Reeves was able to cut the deficit back to nine points in the closing stages.
“Of course we want to start faster, but what we’ve learned in horse racing is that it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish,” Jokic said. “I hope we could have done a better job because we didn’t finish very well today. But yes, we want to get up and control the game and it didn’t seem to happen for us. .”
