Democratic strategist James Carville had some words for young voters Sunday, saying that if former President Donald Trump wins the 2024 election, “little shitty 26-year-olds” who aren’t enthusiastic about President Biden “have no rights. There is nothing left,” he warned.
“So we hear things like this a lot,” Carville said. “‘James, young voters aren’t interested in this. We have two candidates, one in his 80s, the other almost in his 80s, and they’re concerned about what the politicians in Washington are concerned about. But I can’t blame you for that.”
“Are you watching what’s happening at the Supreme Court?” former Bill Clinton adviser rages video, posted by podcast provider Politicon. “If you’re 26 years old, do you know what they’re doing? First of all, they’re going to strip you of every right you could have.”
Carville went on to denounce the Supreme Court’s conservative justices as “illegal prostitutes” and ridicule the high court considering President Trump’s presidential immunity claim as an “illegal organization.”
In a message to Democratic Party operatives, Carville urged them to “tell young people that if you don’t get involved in this election now, they will be in your life for the rest of your life.” He mentioned Trump and his allies and conservative Supreme Court justices.
“If they take over, there will be no government, there will be no rights, we will live under a theocracy, and eventually we will fall into Christian nationalism,” Carville bellowed.
“But that’s okay, a young 26-year-old doesn’t think, ‘Elections are important to me.’ They’re not addressing the issues that I care about,” he said, furious He dismissed the concerns of Democratic voters.
Mr. Carville, 79, ended his blistering attack in November with further offers to Democratic operatives who want to eliminate young people.
“Tell these young people to leave their mothers and go vote, because you need to vote like your entire future and the entire future of this United States of America depends on it. “Because, frankly, it is, and that’s not an exaggeration,” he declared.
Carville’s rant came after he expressed concern last month about the Democratic Party’s “appalling” lack of support from young minority voters ahead of the presidential election.
“We’re not kicking them out, we’re leaving them in droves,” he said.
